Returns and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation intact.
2. Return Process
2.1 Request Approval
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at support@fidgey-pidgey.shop to request a return authorization.
Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2.2 Shipping Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Only returns shipped with our label and within the 14-day window can be accepted.
2.3 Packing & Drop-Off
Securely pack the item in its original box or equivalent protective packaging.
Affix the provided label and drop the package at the designated carrier location.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Exclusions & Special Cases
Personalized items (custom names, bespoke designs) are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
